i don't like the male character. for 2 simple reasons: he may be brave but he does things without think any consequences, especially what might happen to people who is close to him, that's why the female character has to protect him all the way through; second reason is when things happened, he wouldn't bend to protect her, at least not enough, that' why he has always being used by other people in order to use her, even he doesn't know it clearly, but at least he got a sense of it, but he couldn't control his temper which always put her in dangerous situation. i know it is difficult time, but i don't appreciate this kind of character. i didn't mean he has to protect her, but at least he needs be able to protect himself, but he couldn't even do that, it is always she protects him, which might be author's intention, but also made the failure of male character, make peopele think he is true but weak and brainless!
sorry being so harsh on your character, but i only see a child from the male character, i don't see any responsible man from him, which puzzles me why she likes him!
