Why? 康慨 wanted to kill more persons from Tang Family and 帅望 found 康慨 is just a cold-blooded guy when facing his enemies. There are no absolute good person. However 帅望 just tried to avoid killing everybody, no matter friends or strangers.
帅望 has then a hard life, for he is no Saint at all. Poor guy!
